eVisit Information
If you are a patient seeking an eVisit, please follow the steps below:
1. Call the office to schedule your eVisit. You can either pay over the phone or pay here through our secure online billing platform. You must pay before the scheduled appointment time.
2. Fill out the online questionnaire. This covers some basic medical information that we would normally ask you if you came into the office in person and will help us make sure the eVisit goes as smoothly as possible.
3. Depending on how you answer in the questionnaire, you will either be contacted by email or by text message 5 minutes before the eVisit with a link to the virtual waiting room. All you have to do is enter your name so that we can see you are there. Shortly after you enter, the eVisit will begin. Make sure you have a good connection and have access to a camera and microphone. This can be done on either your phone or a computer that has a webcam and microphone.
