1/4

Our office is closed April 4th through the 8th and will reopen on Monday, April 11, 2022.

Due to the rise of the coronavirus, omicron, we are instituting the following policies:

1.  If you have a respiratory illness, cough, fever, sore throat, diarrhea, please do not come to the office.

2.  If you have a household family member with coronavirus, do not come in to the office.
3.  We are limiting entrance to the waiting room and exam room to the patient plus one guardian/guest. At this time we ask you to not bring siblings, friends or nonessential guests to the office.
4.  We encourage you to wear a KN95, KN94 or N95 NIOSH-approved mask to protect you and our staff from spreading the highly contagious omicron variant.

We will all get through this together.  Thank you for helping to protect our vulnerable population from infection.
